How to apply for a job via webform

On the job description page, click “Apply via Webform”.

Sign In: 

  1. Enter Email Address: Enter your Email Address and click “Continue”. If you don't have an account with Symply ATS, sign up by entering your details - First Name, Last Name and Phone Number, and then click “Continue”.
  2. Email Verification: Clicks “Verify My Account” in the verification email sent to your account.
  3. Create Password: Enters your new password and click “Submit”
  4. MFA: Select any of the options for multi factor authentication (Google Auth, SMS, None)  and click “Submit”.
  5. Sign In: Start applying for the job once signed in.

 

Log In

  1. Enter Login Details: Enter your Email Address and click “Continue”. If you don't have an account with Symply ATS, login by entering your password, and then click “Continue”.
 

My Account:

  1. After login, head to your account by clicking the avatar at the top right of the screen and select “My Account”.
  2. Return to your job application by clicking “Go to back to my application” at the bottom left of the screen.

Log Out:

  1. Log out by clicking the avatar at the top right of the screen and select “Log Out”.

Submit Application Form:

  1. Submit the job application form by filling all required fields in the three sections of the Application Form, and click “Submit”.

    3. Custom Questions
