How to Assign Documents by Location & Departments

In Document Settings, the Admin can now assign documents to employees by location and departments.
- Log into Symply
- Go to Documents on the left hand side
Assign by Department:
- Click on Options and Document Settings
- Select Departments then Submit
- Select Continue on the Warning
- You will see all the departments in your company
- Select one or more departments you want the document to be assign too
- Click on Assign and Submit
Assign by Location:
- Click on Options then Document Settings
- Select Locations then Submit
- Select Continue on the Warning
- Click on Assign
- Select one or more locations then click on Submit
- All Done
Assign by Employees:
- Click on Options then Document Settings
- Select Employees then Submit
- The document can be assigned by selecting from a list of all employees in the company
- Click on Submit
- All Done
