How to Assign Documents

In Document Settings, the Admin can now assign documents to employees by location and departments.

  1. Log into Symply
  2. Go to Documents on the left hand side

Assign by Department:

  1. Click on Options and Document Settings
  2. Select Departments then Submit
  3. Select Continue on the Warning
    1. You will see all the departments in your company
    2. Select one or more departments you want the document to be assign too
    3. Click on Assign and Submit

Assign by Location:

  1. Click on Options then Document Settings
  2. Select Locations then Submit
  3. Select Continue on the Warning
    1. Click on Assign
    2. Select one or more locations then click on Submit
    3. All Done

Assign by Employees: 

  1. Click on Options then Document Settings
  2. Select Employees then Submit
    1. The document can be assigned by selecting from a list of all employees in the company
    2. Click on Submit 
    3. All Done
