Blocking Deductions on Payroll

If you need to block a deduction or multiple deductions on a payroll you can easily do so by following these steps

  1. Make sure your payroll is Saved
    1. Click on Save for Later or Save and Continue then click back to payroll screen
  2. Next to the employees last name click on the Three Dots
    1. Select More Operations
    2. Click on the check box next to the deduction you would like to Block
    3. Save
  3. The three dots will then turn Red to show there are blocked deductions for that employee.
