# Create a Job Description Template

To create a job description template,

1. select “Create New Template” in the Job Descriptions tab. Add, delete and fill in the sections in the template. You can not add the same section more than once in a template.
2. Review the job description by clicking “Preview”.
3. Save the job description template as a new template by entering the template name and clicking “Save”.
4. By clicking the three dots icon on the template, you can carry out these actions: 
     1. Edit Template: Edit a created template and choose to save changes or save as a new template.
     2. Rename Template: Update the name of the template
     3. Delete Template: Delete a template
