# Download a Pre-Process Payroll Register

## Download a PDF version of your payroll register to get approval from other people in your company or to review the payroll register in more detail.

1. Click the **Run Payroll** tab in the left navigation menu
2. Adjust hours, salaries, and earnings 
     1. Enter employees’ regular hours and/or salaries
     2. Click **Additional Earnings** to add overtime, bonuses, holiday pay, commissions, and other earnings
3. Click **Save & Continue** 
4. On the Review and Submit page, click **Pre-Process Download** located below the payroll table.
