# EOY Employee Information Verification

## How to verify your employees information

As the year comes to an end, you are required to verify your employees SSN, Names and Address to make sure the information on Symply is correct.

The verification should be for each employee that worked for the year. Follow the steps below to verify your employees information.

1. Click the **Reports** tab in the left navigation menu
2. Select **Demographic Report** 
     1. Use the Filter Settings on the top left to display their social security number.
3. Please review all 2024 employees' information we need to make sure it is correct. You will need to view the spelling of their first and last name, address, and social security number.
4. If the information is incorrect please send us an email at [support@symply.io](mailto:support@symply.io) with the subject as EOY Employee Changes.
