How To Add Employee ID to Altametrics Payroll Integration

Altametrics Integration Steps (Missing Payroll ID)


The Steps on Symply Payroll are:
  1. Go to Payroll > Import > Load POS Data > Continue
  2. For each Employee Name in “Rows Missing Data”, search for their profile in "Employees"
  3. In the Employee's profile, copy the 3-10 digit number in the url (this is the employee’s Symply internal payroll ID) example: 14262
  4. Paste the Symply payroll ID into Altametrics
  5. These changes will go into effect next Post Payroll in Altametrics

 

The Steps on Altametrics are:

5. Locate your Clock App
6. Select the location 
7. Got to the Employees tab.
8. Click on edit button for the missing Payroll id.
9. And then add the Symply payroll ID in the modal 
10. Click Update
 
Repeat the steps on the Symply Payroll App for all employees with rows missing data.
For employees that do not exist when you search for their profile in "Employees", it means they do not have a Symply Payroll ID.
