# How to Keep Track Of Your Employees Onboarding with the New Hire Dashboard

The “New Hire” tab in the dashboard enables you to easily keep track of the progress of your employees onboarding.

To keep track of your employee's onboarding,

1. Go to Dashboard \> New Hires
2. View Onboarding Employees: The table displays all employees with the "onboarding" status.
3. Click the **onboarding percentage** of an employee to view their status of completion in each onboarding section
4. Click the **Review** button to preview a summary of employee’s submission for their onboarding steps
5. Click "**Go to Profile**" to navigate to the employee's profile and review uploaded documents.
