Manage Time Off Requests - Admin

Accept or Decline Time Off Request

To accept or decline a time off request,

  1. Go to Time Off > Requests > Pending Requests.
  2. Review the time off request details.
  3. To accept the request, 
    1. Click “Accept” in the Actions column
    2. Then click “Accept”
    3. The time off request is accepted, and the employee is notified.
  4. To decline the request, 
    1. click “Decline” in the Actions column
    2. Then click “Decline”
    3. The time off request is declined, and the employee is notified.
  5. Then the time off request is moved to the “Historical Requests” tab.


View Time Off Request History

To view the time off request history, 

  1. Go to Time Off > Requests > Historical Requests
  2. View the details of each time off request
  3. Click the “Status” column header to filter the requests by their status
