Create Time Off Request
To create a time off request,
- Go to Time Off > Request, and click the “Request Time Off” button at the top right of the screen
- Fill in the following fields
- Date
- Number of Hours
- Time Off Type
- Note
- You may add a new request by clicking the “Add New Request” button, and fill the required fields.
- Then click the “Send Request” button.
- Confirm that you want to create the time off request by clicking “Continue”.
- Your time off request is created, and your employer is notified.
Update Time Off Request
To update a time off request,
- Go to Time Off > Request, for the specific request, click “Edit Request” in the Actions column.
- Edit the field(s)
- Then click “Send Request”.
- Your time off request is updated, and your employer is notified.
Cancel Time Off Request
To cancel a time off request,
- Go to Time Off > Request, for the specific request, click “Cancel Request” in the Actions column.
- Then click “Save”.
- Your time off request is canceled, and your employer is notified.
