Manage Time Off Requests - Employees

Create Time Off Request

To create a time off request,

  1. Go to Time Off > Request, and click the “Request Time Off” button at the top right of the screen
  2. Fill in the following fields
    1. Date
    2. Number of Hours
    3. Time Off Type
    4. Note
  3. You may add a new request by clicking the “Add New Request” button, and fill the required fields.
  4. Then click the “Send Request” button.
  5. Confirm that you want to create the time off request by clicking “Continue”.
  6. Your time off request is created, and your employer is notified.


Update Time Off Request

To update a time off request,

  1. Go to Time Off > Request, for the specific request, click “Edit Request” in the Actions column.
  2. Edit the field(s)
  3. Then click “Send Request”.
  4. Your time off request is updated, and your employer is notified.

Cancel Time Off Request

To cancel a time off request,

  1. Go to Time Off > Request, for the specific request, click “Cancel Request” in the Actions column.
  2. Then click “Save”.
  3. Your time off request is canceled, and your employer is notified.
