Enable 2-Step Authentication

Add another level of security to your account with 2-step authentication. When Symply detects a login attempt from a new device, you will be prompted to verify your identity.

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click the Security tab
  3. Click Enable 2-step authentication
  4. Enter your Current Password
  5. Choose your preferred authentication method
    1. Authenticator— scan the QR code or enter the code into your authenticator
    2. SMS— enter your phone number and click Send to receive an authentication code
  6. Click Save
