Release Notes for September 2024

New Feature

1. Manage All Applications: In Manage Applications > All Applications, view a list all the applicants that have submitted an application across all jobs in the company. in the "All Applications" screen, you can:
   • Filter by Location
   • Filter by Active & Deactivated Jobs
   • Search by Applicant Name & Job Title
   • Sort by the Application Date and time in ascending and descending order.

Enhancements

1. Filter Applicants by Vetting Scores: In the Manage Applications screen, type in a minimum score to filter applicants by their vetting scores, so that only Applicants with scores that meet or are above the set score are displayed.
2. Assign Hiring Admin Role in ATS: The Hiring Admin can view all features and functionalities except:
   • Settings > Company > Company Information
   • Settings > Company > Users
3. Send Email Notification to Hiring Admin When They Are Added to a Job: The Hiring Admin now receives an email notification when they are added as the hiring manager to a created job.
4. Keep Filter Settings on When You Leave the Screen: The filter settings now stays on when you leave and return to the Post Jobs and Manage Applications screen.
5. Add Login Link to Company Jobs Page: Applicants who have already applied to jobs can log into their account from the company jobs page by clicking the login link.
6. Sort, Search & Filter Functionality for Post Jobs and Manage Applications: New sort, search and filter criteria now added to the Post Jobs, Manage Applications and All Applications screen
   • Search by Job Title
   • Sort by Date Created and Alphabetical Order
   • Filter by My Jobs (Jobs assigned to the Signed in User as the Hiring Manager)
