- Login to your Symply account
- Click Employees tab
- On the right of the screen click on More Operations
- Click Resend Signup Email
- If Resend Signup Email is not available employee has already logged in and will need to follow the steps on Forgot Password
- Please check if the Email entered for the employee is Correct if they do not receive the Reset Password email from Symply.
- Also check Spam/Junk if it is not in Inbox.
