- Login to your Symply account
- Click Employees tab
- Click on Employees Name
- In the Employees profile on the right of the screen click on More Operations
- Click Resend Signup Email
Note:
- If Resend Signup Email is not sending the email to the employee try the steps below
- Still on the Employees profile screen, click on More Operations > Reset Password,
- select Randomized to send the employee an email to reset their password.
- select Customized to create a new password for the employee
- Still on the Employees profile screen, click on More Operations > Reset Password,
- If you would like the employee to reset their password on their end, have them follow these steps Forgot Password.
- Please check if the Email entered for the employee is Correct, if they do not receive the Reset Password email from Symply.
- Also check Spam/Junk if it is not in Inbox.
