      Release Notes For April 2024

      New Features

      1. View & Update Security Details: Applicants can keep their account updated with their correct security details when logged in.
      2. Setup and Update MFA: They can also keep their account secure by setting up multi factor authentication.
      3. Display the Company Jobs Page as an Embedded Page: In settings, you can copy your company jobs page as an iframe link and embed it within your website, so that applicants can apply to your jobs on Symply ATS directly from your company’s website.

       

      Enhancements

      1. Add "Display Location Filter" to Company Settings: When processing payroll, go to Company Settings > Other, to toggle on or off the “Location Filter” in the Payroll screen to display the location filter but not trigger batch payroll.
      2. Wisconsin State Withholding Form has been added EE Onboarding: Employees in Wisconsin, are now able to complete the state withholding form while onboarding.
