WOTC Pre-screening & Application
For Clients with WOTC turned on and set to Symply, Application Forms are created with the WOTC Pre-screening Questions. Applicants who pass the pre-screening questions while applying for a job qualify to apply for WOTC by filling the WOTC forms and uploading their supporting documents while onboarding.
Enhancements
Classification Type Required After ACA Activation
When ACA is activated for your company, the Classification Type field (Full-time or Part-time) in employees profile is required,
Bank Name Field Required
For employees, during and after onboarding, the bank name field in payment details is now required.
View Earnings, Deductions and Garnishments History
View the history of your employee’s earnings, deductions and garnishments from their profile
Name Field in Add New User
In Company Settings > Users table, you are now able to view the first name and last name of each user, as well as edit the first and last name.
Company Name Added to Employee Emails
The company name has been added to the email notifications sent to Admins when an employee makes an update on their account.
Extra Actions Options Enhanced
When an employee has not logged into their account, in Extra Actions, the dropdown option updates to “Resend Sign Up Email (Not Logged In)“.
Check No Added to the Paystubs Table
The following new columns have been added to the Employees Paystubs table - Check Date, Gross Pay and Total Hours.
Display Location Name on Company Address Lists
The Location Name has been added to the Company Address list in various parts of the app that lists Company Addresses.
Employee Access After Termination
Employees now have access to only Documents and Paystubs when their account is terminated.
Pay Register with YTD Reports
The Payroll Journal Summary Report will be unavailable soon. Generate the Year-to-Date totals with the “Pay Register with YTD” report.
Pagination in Payroll Detail Report
Pages have been added to the Payroll Detailed Report for easy navigation.
Bug Fixes
- Termination Is Not Allowing to Complete: When the Admin runs termination for an employee, and the employee's vacation hours have not exceeded the available hours, the Admin is not allowed to proceed with the operation.
- Fix Payroll Journal CSV: The Payroll Journal CSV Report only shows the gross pay, and not the worked hours.

Compensation Details not Displaying in EE Portal: Employees aren't able to view their compensation details.

Hours Don't Seem Correct on Full Time Equivalent Report: The hours that populate in the Full Time Equivalent Report are more than what states in the payroll journal for the same date range.
