      Release Notes for August 2024

      New Features

      1. Customize Color in Company Jobs Page: Customize your company jobs page to match your brand colour from Settings > Company Information > Company Brand Color.
      2. Add Duplicate Question Functionality to Vetting and Custom Questions: When creating an application form template, you are now able to duplicate a vetting or custom question and edit the duplicated question.

      Enhancements

      Edit Job Settings

      • Set Duration & No of Applications for Jobs:
        • Duration: This field contains the date and time when the job should be deactivated. If left blank, it indicates no limit to the job duration.
        • Number of Applications: This field contains the number of applications that should be received before the job is deactivated. If left blank, it indicates no limit to the number of applications.
      • Manage Interviews with Symply Calendar or Calendar Scheduling Link: The Admin can select between the options of managing the interviews with Symply Calendar or enter an external url for calendar scheduling.
      • Select the Hiring Manager From a Dropdown: View a dropdown list of Hiring Admins added to the account, and select a Hiring Admin as the Hiring Manager for that job.

      Company Jobs Page

      • Text Header Added to Company Jobs Page: In the Company Jobs Page, the text header “Join Our Team” has been added to the top of page, beside the logo.
      • Pagination Added to Company Jobs Page: The company jobs page now displays the jobs in pages, with 10 jobs listed on a page. The Applicants are able to search and filter jobs across all pages.
      • Location Filter Settings Stays On in Company Jobs Page: On the company jobs page, when Applicants have the company location filter turned on and click “View Job”, when they go back to the previous page, the location filter setting will still be on.

      Location

      • Location Name Added to the ATS Email Notifications: The job location name has been added to the ATS email notifications - Application Submitted Email and Interview Scheduled Email.

      Job Description Template

      • "Shift" Added as Non-required Field to JD Template: A new section titled “Shift” has been added to the job description template.

      Manage Applications

      • Job Status Filter in Manage Applications Screen: Manage the applications of jobs that have an active status or closed status from the Manage Applications Screen.

      Bugs

      • Fixed: Unable to complete application via SMS
      • Fixed: In Manage Applications, Applicants cards were not sorting to start from the most recent date
      • Fixed: The Users table in settings, does not display the Company Admin detail
