# Release Notes for December 2024

### New Feature

**Group Admin Reporting (Demographics Report)** 

Download Demographic Report across all companies in a Group. Go to Group \> Reports \> Demographic Report.

- Search for an employee across multiple companies in the group and view their details
- Apply filter settings
- Download as PDF & CSV

**Configure Custom Verbiage on Paystubs**  
Go to Settings \> Company \> Custom Verbiage to add a custom paragraph to be displayed on the employee’s paystubs, both top and pressure sealed.

### Enhancements

**Assign Locations to Roles**

Admins can now assign locations to Managers & Supervisors when adding a new user from Settings. They can also edit the location of existing Managers & Supervisors. When a location is assigned to an Manager/Supervisor from settings, and the Manager/Supervisor logs into the app and navigates to any of their specific screens listed above, they only see the information of the employees within the location assigned to them.

**Migrate Functionalities to HR Tab**

The following functionalities in the Employees screen has been migrated to the HR tab:

- Benefits
- Termination
- Documents
- Training

**Compensation Check for New Hires**

From the New Hire Dashboard, you can check if an onboarding employee has their compensation added to their profile. This would prevent employees added from the ATS from being activated without compensation details added.

**Add Explainer Paragraphs to the I9 ER Side**

Information paragraphs for the List A, B & C have been added to the Documents field section of the employer i9 form.

**Employee Compensation Block in Permissions**

From Permission Settings, the Admin can now block the Manager from viewing employees compensation in their profile.

**Remove Uploaded I9**

Admins are now able to remove the employee’s I9 and reassign while the employee’s status is still onboarding.

**Make the Action for the Time Off Request Stand Out on Mobile**

The actions button on the Time Off request table was moved to the left hand side and fixed to the table for easy access.

### Bug Fixes

- **Employee With Two Pay Rates**: When employee has two pay rates on one payroll, if they have an earning setup then it will add it to both rows essentially doubling the earning.
- **Termination Payroll Bug**: When running termination payroll, if the client has multiple bank accounts, its not creating the tax debit TAX COL.
- **Accruals Recalculation Bug**: Employees moved into a new sick policy aren't getting the fixed amount earned all at once per year.
