"Add Compensation" Fields When Hiring an Applicant
When an Applicant’s status is changed to “Hired”, you can add the employee’s compensation details, so that their profile can be updated on the payroll app with their compensation details.
"Add Onboarding Package" When Hiring an Applicant
When an Applicant’s status is changed to “Hired”, you can also select from a dropdown of active onboarding packages (already created from the payroll app). Make changes to the documents and training materials within the onboarding packages before adding them to each new hire.
Add a Comment Feature in Applicant Profile
Add comments to an Applicant profile, and view the comments at a later date.
Location Based Rights in ATS
The Hiring Company & Hiring Admin can be assigned specific company locations, so when they sign into the app, in the “Post Jobs” screen, and “Manage Applications” screen, they are only able to view jobs that are added to their assigned locations.

The location is now displayed beside the job title when you click into a job from “Manage Applications”

The following sort options have been added to the manage application screen:

Applications (Recent): To sort by the most recent dates the applications were received

Applications (Most): To sort by jobs with the most number of applications.
