Edit Payroll Batches
When a payroll with batch processing is being set up, you are now able to enter names for each batch, as well as edit the names after the batches are created. You can also edit the payroll table and settings of each batch before submitting. More customization and flexibility at your fingertips!
Employee's Time Off Log Table Enhanced
In the Employee’s Vacation & Sick Time Off Log Table:

An edit icon has been added to the fields in the “Memo” column, so you can edit the memo after the time off is logged.

A new column titled “User ID” has been added to display the email address of the user that made the manual adjustment.
Cancel Time Off Request Enhanced
Change the status of an approved time off request back to “Pending” by clicking the “Revert” button.
Employees Allowed to go Over Vacation and Sick Policies
A setting has been added to allow employees to go over vacation policy and sick policy when requesting time off. To configure this, go to Settings > Company > Other > Check “Allow users to go over vacation policy and sick policy”.
Add the W2 Consent Response to the Demographic Report
In the Demographic Report > Filter Setting modal, an optional filter setting titled “Display W2 Consent” has been added. When this filter setting is checked, the table displays a column with the employee’s W2 Consent responses. For employees with no W2 consent response, the column is left blank.
Search by SSN in Demographic Report
Search for an employee via their SSN in the Demographic Report and Demographic Report (Group).
Set Employee Payment Method to Check for Non-Editable Payment Details Permission
When payment method is turned off in the Employee Permission, then employees would not be able to edit their payment method during onboarding. The system will set their payment method to check by default.
State Unemployment ID Added for Missouri
The State Unemployment ID field for Missouri has been added to the Company Details page.
Process State Withholding Form For Missouri State
A w4 document is now created for employees in Missouri state to view and download.
Information Icon Added to Retirement Benefit Plan
An information icon with explainer paragraphs has been added to the “Employer Match” section when creating a retirement benefit plan.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: The Creditor amount is calculated incorrectly in the report preview.
- Fixed: Accrual shouldn’t be added for a termination payroll.
- Fixed: The Admin is still having to enter the federal and state tax details when entering a new 1099 hire manually.
- Fixed: When processing off cycle payroll, an employee’s sick hour taken was greater than the available balance, and the system displayed an internal server error.
