Offer Letter Template Builder (Create, Assign, and Send in Minutes)

Create reusable offer letter templates in Settings → Templates → Offer Letters, assign them to jobs, and generate pre-filled PDFs for applicants or employees to review and sign. When assigned, onboarding steps and notifications are automatically triggered so hiring teams can move faster with fewer manual documents.

Built-In AI Policy & Consent Language Added to Job Application Templates

Application templates now automatically include the required AI policy and consent questions based on job location (including NYC, CA, IL, and other states). Candidate responses are stored in the applicant profile, and consent choices are respected—supporting compliance while keeping the candidate experience consistent and clear.

ATS Candidate Profile & Applications View Improvements

We polished several high-impact areas across the ATS: improved applicant-facing text formatting, ensured uploaded resumes display properly in Applicant Profiles, surfaced applicant phone numbers in the All Applications table, hid WOTC questions when the company setting is off, and prevented edits to AI policy questions to keep compliance language consistent.
