New Features

Manual Application Import for Faster Hiring Workflows

Hiring teams can now export a job’s application form as a PDF and import completed application PDFs directly into Symply to create new applications automatically. This makes it easier to add paper or offline applications into the Applicant Tracking System, helping you keep all candidate records organized in one place and reducing manual data entry.

 

Enhancements

Company Location Names in ATS Notifications

For group accounts, ATS email notifications now display the company location name instead of the group company name. This makes hiring communications clearer and more relevant for managers and applicants.

Application Forms Based on AI Enabled Features

We improved the application form experience so video interview questions only appear when video interviews are enabled for a company. This keeps forms more relevant, reduces confusion for applicants, and helps hiring teams present a cleaner application experience.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Improved job page performance by optimizing how company jobs are retrieved, helping job-related screens load more efficiently.
  • Resolved an issue where some ATS listing pages triggered duplicate data requests when using cache, improving page responsiveness and reducing unnecessary reload behavior.
  • Fixed an issue where AI policy questions were being added during job creation when they should not have been.
  • Resolved a job settings issue where users could see a “Select at least one location” error even when a location had already been selected.
  • Fixed duplicate API calls when switching between Active and Closed Jobs tabs, resulting in a smoother job management experience.
