Skills in Job Templates and Search

Hiring Admins can now add a dedicated Skills field to job templates, generate suggested skills with AI, and update skills directly from the job dashboard. Applicants can also search jobs by skills, connecting the right candidates with the right job opportunities more authentically.

Enhancements

More Flexible Job Posting Views

Posted Jobs now display richer application data in both grid and list views, including total applications and posted job boards. This gives hiring teams quicker visibility into job performance and applicant activity at a glance.

Select All Locations in ATS User Settings

Hiring Admins can now assign all locations at once when updating user access in Settings. This streamlines setup and makes managing permissions across multiple hiring locations far more efficient.

Faster Mobile Apply Options on Jobs Pages

On mobile, the Apply to Job card is now easier to access at the top of the jobs page, with quick options for webform and SMS applications. This creates a smoother candidate experience and helps employers capture more applicants on the go.

Searchable Dropdowns When Posting Jobs

Hiring Admins can now search dropdown fields for locations and hiring managers when creating a job. The hiring manager field also supports search by both name and email, making job setup faster and easier, especially for teams with large user lists.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where applicant selections could become unselected while completing a webform application. This update creates a more reliable and frustration-free application experience for candidates.
