Location Off-cycle Payroll Functionality Enhanced

Admins can now add locations to regular and off-cycle payrolls regardless of batch payroll settings, offering increased flexibility in managing payroll distributions.

Plum Import Template Expanded for Better Data Handling

Plum Import now supports an additional template, making payroll import smoother and more customizable for diverse payroll data.

Phone Number Field Now Required for Company Contacts and Calsavers Compliance

The 'Company Phone Number' is now a required field in company onboarding and employee phone numbers are mandatory when Calsavers is enabled, helping maintain essential contact info and compliance.

  • Fixed Accrual Recalculation Issue where lump sum amounts were not properly removed during recalculations, ensuring accurate time-off balances.
  • Resolved Incorrect Available Balance Validation for Employees Across Multiple Locations to ensure warnings are triggered correctly when balances are exceeded.
  • Corrected handling of catch-up fields from 401GO to ensure deductions display properly and effective dates are visible.
  • Addressed a training assignment bug where harassment training was not visible to assigned employees, restoring full training visibility.
  • Fixed issue where employee email setup via 'Set Up My Profile' caused onboarding process errors for demo employees.
  • Resolved applicant account creation error preventing new users from setting passwords and logging in properly.
