Release Notes for February 2026
New Features
One-Click Access to Mineral (SSO) for Admins and Employees
Admins and employees can now launch Mineral directly from Symply using “Sign in with Symply”—no extra password required. Access is securely tied to the correct role, avoids duplicate Mineral accounts, blocks inactive/terminated users, and provides clear messaging if sign-in ever fails.
New Experian Employer Services File Feed for Faster Claim & Wage Verification
We’ve added a new Experian file feed to support accurate claim processing and wage verification workflows. This improves data delivery to Experian and helps reduce back-and-forth when completing verifications.
Bug Fixes
- Improved payroll earnings rounding behavior to prevent debit/credit imbalances caused by rounding edge cases during payroll processing.
- Fixed missing Rhode Island employee state tax calculations (SIT/SDI) so employee withholdings are calculated correctly alongside employer taxes.
- Restored employee access to log in and view paystubs even when a company account is terminated (where access should remain available for paystub retrieval).
- Resolved an issue where the Zayzoon deduction wasn’t available for GL code configuration in GL settings.
