Enhancements

LifeLenz Import Support for Payroll Hours

Symply now supports LifeLenz import files, making it easier to bring scheduled and timekeeping hours into payroll. This enhancement helps streamline payroll prep for clients using LifeLenz and reduces manual formatting before processing payroll.

Payroll Notifications for Faster Action

Payroll alerts now include the specific employee profile section that needs attention. This gives admins clearer direction when reviewing payroll issues, helping them resolve missing or incorrect information more quickly.

Support for Multiple Custom “Other” Time Off Policies

Admins can now create and assign multiple custom “Other” time off policies beyond standard vacation and sick plans. Employees can also request time off using those custom policies, giving businesses more flexibility to manage unique leave programs.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in the Groups Portal where the Destination Company dropdown did not display available company options when duplicating an employee to another account within a group.
  • Resolved a Payroll Register with YTD reporting issue so that when reports are grouped by working location and department, the correct department and current hours now display accurately.
  • Updated payroll reporting so worked location totals reflect where employees actually worked during the pay period, instead of showing the employee’s default profile location.
  • Fixed an accrual recalculation issue so admins can again make prior-year sick time adjustments and have balances recalculate correctly.
