### **New Features**

**Smarter AI Guidance for Hiring With Symply**

We added an improved AI instruction framework to Symply ATS to support more consistent, reliable hiring workflows. This update strengthens the foundation for AI-powered experiences in recruiting, helping deliver clearer outputs and a more polished experience for teams using hiring tools inside Symply.

**Faster Recruiter Workflows with Improved Templates and Quick Job Posting**

We enhanced the recruiter experience with UI improvements focused on template management and Quick Job Posting. These updates help recruiting teams move faster when creating and managing jobs, making it easier to keep hiring workflows organized and efficient.

**Smoother Recruiter Dashboard Navigation and Hiring Workflows**

The Recruiter Dashboard has been refined to support a more intuitive hiring workflow, including improved access to onboarding for hired applicants. These updates help recruiters and managers move from hiring decisions to next steps more seamlessly, reducing friction across the recruiting process.

**Improved Applicant Dashboard Experience**

We’ve enhanced the Applicant Dashboard UI to create a smoother experience for applicants moving through the hiring process. This includes clearer navigation for hired applicants, helping connect the hiring journey to next-step onboarding more effectively.
