Employee Work Location History: Work Location History has been added to employee’s employment details. You can now see details of the employee’s old & new location, the date & time it was updated and the email ID of the person that made the update. This does not include the history of employee location before this functionality was released.
Enhancements
Employee Termination: When terminating an employee, before entering the termination payroll data, enter the termination details of the employee, so that the employee’s termination notes can be documented in their profile. You are able to select if the employee is eligible for rehire.
If “Yes” & “Conditional” is selected, you would be able to rehire the employee.
If “No” is selected, you would not be able to rehire the employee and would get the notification - “This employee is not eligible for rehire”.
Change from DD to Check in Payroll Screen: In the payroll table, you can change the payment method from DD to Check. When you click “Save for later”, and refresh the app or go to another screen and return, the change would still be effective. Remove an Uploaded Employee Document: You can now remove a document uploaded to the employee’s profile.
Add a Specific Frequency for an Earning Code: Select a specific frequency when adding a custom earning to an employee’s profile so that they can determine when an earning is paid. This is only applicable if your company pay schedule is weekly or bi-weekly.

Timestamp Added to Effective Date in Compensation History: You can now see what time an employee’s compensation details was changed from the employee's compensation history.
Require Employee to Upload Additional Document When Completing a Training: When employees complete a training, they can be required to upload an attachment before completing the training. This can be configured from the training settings.
Vacation & Sick Hours Alert: For sick & vacation policies, the app sends an alert when the hours entered in the payroll table is more than the employee’s available hours.
