Automated Pay Rates: When adding or updating a pay rate in employee compensation the system confirms whether the pay rate is above the minimum wage. If the pay rate is above the minimum wage, the system displays a warning message.
North Carolina State Taxes: The State Withholding ID and Unemployment ID for North Carolina is now 10 digits.
Enhancements
Louisiana State Added to Symply: Louisiana has been added to the list of states in employee profile > address details. Employees in Louisiana can complete their W-4 form during onboarding.
Termination Pay Check Visible Date: A terminated employee will only be able to see their termination pay check a day after the set pay check date.
Vacation & Sick Policies Dropdown Required: When adding an employee, the vacation and sick policy is now required. The first policies will be selected by default, with the option to select a different policy or no policy for the employee.
