Seamless 401GO Integration for Automated Retirement Benefits

Our latest integration with 401GO enables automatic syncing of deduction data and census information between your payroll system and 401GO’s platform. When enabled, this integration locks 401(k) benefit management in your system to prevent conflicts and streamlines retirement plan administration, reducing manual tasks and risk of errors. Enhancements

Email Addresses Added to New Hire Dashboard

We’ve made it even easier for your team to manage new hires and kick off onboarding smoothly. You can now view each new hire’s email address directly from the New Hire Dashboard. This means faster onboarding coordination and simpler communication with new hires

 

Improved Time Off Request Emails with Company Name Included

Managers now receive time off request emails including the employee’s company name, date, hours requested, and notes, making it easier to identify and process requests quickly.

 

Expanded Manager Permissions to Edit Employee Payroll and Personal Details

Manager roles now have enhanced permissions allowing them to edit state and federal taxes, address, personal, and payment details directly in the employee profile, streamlining payroll and HR management.

 

Clearer Notification Emails Specify Compensation Changes

Notification emails now specify whether changes apply to job title, pay rate, or both, keeping admins and employees clearly informed about compensation

 

Payroll Pre-Process Reports Now Support Batch and Preview Modes
Batch payroll users benefit from migrated and enhanced pre-process reporting, now reliably supporting both batch and payroll preview functionality in the latest report version.

Bug Fixes


  • Resolved a server error issue when opening the New Hire Dashboard, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.
  • Fixed a bug causing I9 forms not to save correctly when assigned and completed, improving compliance tracking.
  • Addressed a critical bug where running off-cycle payroll showed employer contributions incorrectly when no benefits existed for the employee.
  • Corrected the payroll confirmation notification to accurately alert only when an employee has no payroll rows filled, preventing false warnings and enabling confident payroll runs.
  • Fixed the ‘User Not Found’ error message that appeared after editing employee details, removing confusion while maintaining successful data updates.
  • Resolved internal server errors that occurred when rapidly clicking modules or sending invites in the New Hire module, stabilizing system performance.
  • Corrected onboarding document assignments when new hires didn’t select packages, ensuring all necessary company documents are assigned properly.
  • Fixed employee search bar to properly support lookup by Payroll ID, Department, Title, and Status for enhanced employee management.
