Video Interviews to Reduce Hiring Time & Improve Applicant Screening
Symply Applicant Tracking System now includes Video Interviews powered by AI. Admins can create a video screening question while building the application form, and Applicants can record and submit a video response while applying for the job. The Video Interviews feature also generates a transcription, summary and insights from the video submitted by the Applicant.
AI Tools in Settings
A new AI Tools tab has been added to your settings. This gives you the flexibility to enable or disable AI features within the app like the Job Description Generation and Video Interviews.
