Use the Recruiter Dashboard (Beta)

It opens with its own menu: Home, Applicant Review, Quick post, Posted Jobs, Manage Templates, Scoring Dimensions and Calendar.

1. Log into the Symply Hiring App
2. Click Recruiter Dashboard (Beta) in the left navigation menu
3. On Home, review:
   • Action items: unread applicant alerts (click Open applications) and roles that may be outdated (click Review open roles to close or refresh them)
   • Open roles: how many roles are open, at risk or need review
4. Click Applicant Review to see totals (Applicants, Interview Scheduled, Hired, Rejected, Completed and Incomplete Applications) and filter by Job or Location
5. Click Quick post to post a role in 3 steps: pick a Job template, pick an Application form, then Configure & post 
6. Click Scoring Dimensions to see how video interview answers are scored (for example, Answer Quality and Communication clarity). This page is a preview only; scoring for a real job is set in Quick post
7. Click Back to legacy dashboard to return to the regular Hiring App

Note: Some cards show Coming Soon (for example, average time to hire and weekly hires).
