Manage an Active Job

To manage an active job from the job dashboard,

1. Go to Post Jobs > Select the active job

2. Copy Job Link: Copy a link to the job description and application from the job dashboard. 

3. Edit the Job: Edit the following information by clicking the “Edit” button at the top right of the screen:

  • Edit Job: Job Description & Application Form
  • Edit Application Settings: Edit the application settings - apply via Web Form & SMS

4. View Job Details: View the following details of the job from the job dashboard:

  • Job Status
  • Date Published
  • Applications Submitted
  • Number of Job Boards Published On

5. Export Job Description:  Carry out the following actions on the job description:

  • Click Export as PDF to export the job description as a PDF.
  • Click Export as QR Code to export the job description as a QR Code. 

6. Post to Job Boards: Clicks on "Post on Job Boards" to post the job to multiple job boards

7. Post on Social Media: Clicks on any of the social media icons, to post the job to your social media accounts.
